Returning an Order or Specific Item(s)
You can initiate a return request for products within the same day after your order has been delivered.
When returning an item, please ensure all seals, packages, and tags are left intact, and the item is in its original packaging. Otherwise, your return request will be invalid.
Please note that opened and used products are unreturnable.
If the product is confirmed to be fake or unauthentic, you can return it and get a full refund!
You can return an order or specific items and get a full refund for the following reasons:

Wrong, defective or damage products. | Yes, within the same day, with the shipping representative person. |
The returned products must be unopened, unused and in its original packages.
Please note that you will need to handle the shipping fees to return the items back to us (about 50 EGP in average). You can also ship the items back to us using your preffered shipping services such as DHL, Aramex, Post or other shipping services.
You can start a return request from the user account menu: My account -> My Orders, and choose the products you would like to return.
